Coastguard Court is a small converted courtyard complex of modern self contained apartments. It is situated at the marina end of Aldeburgh High Street, just one minute from the beach. Aldeburgh’s shops and restaurants and famous fish & chip shop are just a couple of minutes walk away.

· Number 1 is a one bedroom, pleasantly furnished ground floor apartment. The entrance through the courtyard, leads to a large lounge/dinning room, with a colour TV and DVD player and music centre.  There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, hob, microwave and refrigerator

· The Apartment has a double bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom. No 1 has its own parking space directly outside, within the courtyard.  The kitchen and bedroom face onto the High Street with the lounge facing into the courtyard. Number 1, sleeps two people.

Number One has been awarded a 3-Star Rating by the English Tourist Board.
